How to Pay an Invoice

Before you start make sure you have a payment method linked within ShapeConnect. If you don't you can follow the steps found HERE

In this video, we're gonna show you how to pay an invoice within the platform.

Dashboard

1. The easiest way to see your open invoices in Shape Connect is on the dashboard. Navigate to the 'Open Invoices' section, where you'll see a list of invoices currently open that you owe to vendors.
2. From the 'Open Invoices' section on the dashboard, click on the 'Pay Now' button. This will open a modal to proceed with the payment.

Invoices and Payments

1. Alternatively, you can access your invoices by clicking on 'Invoices and Payments' on the left-hand side menu. This will display all your open and paid invoices.
2. To proceed with payment, click the 'Pay Now' button. Then, select your bank account and click 'Pay Invoice.'
