Step-by-Step

  1. The customer books a meeting with your firm.
  2. Receive an email notification about the booking.
  3. Log into the ShapeConnect platform dashboard.
  4. Under "Prospective Matches," the matches with booked meetings are listed.
  5. Review client needs through the intake form filled out by the company.
  6. The intake form includes a brief description of the client's requirements.
  7. After the meeting, you can upload a proposal by clicking "Upload Proposal."
  8. If not interested, dismiss the opportunity by clicking a button.
  9. The customer can accept the proposal after it is uploaded.
  10. Receive an email notification once the proposal is accepted.
  11. A new engagement is established with the customer via ShapeConnect.
  12. Manage the engagement through the engagements tab.
