How to Connect Your Calendar

Three Keys:

  1. Connect Calendar Account
  2. Manage Schedule Page
  3. Activate Event Page (Don't forget this step)

Steps to complete:

  1. Log into www.shapeconnect.com
  2. Click on Scheduling in the sidebar
  3. Click Connect Calendar
  4. Follow the prompts to sign into your Google Suite or Microsoft 365 Account
  5. Click on Manage Schedule Pages
    1. What should the new events be named?
      1. Title of the meeting
    2. When can meetings be booked?
      1. This area sets up when a potential customer can book meetings with you.
  6. Activate Scheduling Page
    1. You MUST activate a scheduling page. This tells ShapeConnect what page to use throughout our system.
  7. Done
